COVID-19 June 16, 2021 Update

Dear Valued Client,

For Phase 1 of Ontario’s re-opening Guardian International Gold is conducting business on an appointment basis only.  If you wish to book an appointment please call us between 9 am and 3 pm from Monday to Friday or email us at

We are not accepting walk-in clients at this time, so please ensure you have an appointment prior to coming in.  This is to allow us to maintain physical distancing as well as enhanced cleaning measures between client appointments.  If you can not make your scheduled appointment, please contact us to re-book.  If you prefer not to come to the office, we can help arrange your transaction at a distance, give us a call to find out how.

What to know before you visit

Concerned about COVID?  We are concerned too.  As such we are limiting our clients in the client area at any given time and we are enhancing cleaning of the client area between appointments.  We take our staff and client’s health seriously and we ask that before you visit to be certain that you are feeling well.  As well please the note the following:

  • Any person who has traveled across the Canadian Border within the last 14 days is not permitted in the office.
  • Any person who is living with an individual who has travelled across the Canadian Border within the last 14 days is not permitted in the office.
  • If you have visible signs of illness, we will not allow you to come to our store.
  • All Clients must sanitize their hands prior to entry. Masks are Mandatory.
  • Please be mindful of your time in the office. Ask your questions and discuss options over the phone when you are booking your deal.
  • One Client per deal please.
  • All Clients are always required to observe physical distancing measure of 6 feet from each other.
